Some journeys in life are written by Allah in a way that only the strongest hearts can walk them. If you are reading this, it means Allah chose you for a very special trust — to love, guide, and care for a soul who needs you more than anyone else in the world.
I know the days can be long, and the nights even longer. I know there are moments when your heart feels heavy, and yet you still smile for your child. This love, this patience, this sacrifice — it is all seen by the One who created you.
When you feel the weight of it all, here is a du’a I want to share with you:
Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ، وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ، وَمِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ، وَمِنْ صَلَاةٍ لَا تُرْفَعُ، وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يُسْرًا بَعْدَ الْعُسْرِ، وَالْفَرَجَ بَعْدَ الْكَرْبِ، وَالرَّخَاءَ بَعْدَ الشِّدَّةِ، اللَّهُمَّ مَا بِنَا مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ فَمِنْكَ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
Transliteration:
Allahumma inni a‘udhu bika min nafsin la tashba‘, wa min qalbin la yakhsha‘, wa min ‘ilmin la yanfa‘, wa min salatin la turfa‘, wa min du‘ain la yusma‘. Allahumma inni as’aluka yusra ba‘da al-‘usr, wa al-faraja ba‘da al-karb, wa al-rakha’a ba‘da al-shidda. Allahumma ma bina min ni‘matin fa minka, la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk.
Meaning:
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a soul that is never satisfied, from a heart that does not humble itself, from knowledge that does not benefit, from a prayer that is not raised, and from a supplication that is not heard.
O Allah, I ask You for ease after hardship, relief after distress, and comfort after difficulty.
O Allah, whatever blessing we have, it is from You. There is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.”
🌸 Why this du’a is special
It’s a shield for the heart, a reminder that our struggles are temporary, and that Allah’s mercy is limitless.
💬 From my heart to yours
My dear sisters, I know you have days when you feel invisible — but to Allah, you are never unseen. Your efforts, your sleepless nights, your whispered prayers in the dark — they are all written with Him.
Ease will come after hardship, because Allah promised it. Relief will replace the heaviness in your chest. The joy you long for will arrive in a way more beautiful than you can imagine.
So today, take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Recite this du’a slowly. Let every word sink into your heart. Believe — truly believe — that Allah hears you, loves you, and is preparing something better for you.
🌙 Ya Allah, bless my sisters with patience that never runs out, hope that never fades, and hearts that always turn back to You. Fill their homes with Your light, and their days with Your mercy.

Ek Dua Jo Dil Ko Mazbooti, Aasaaniyan Aur Umeed De
Meri pyari behno,
Zindagi ke kuch safar Allah is tarah likhta hai ki sirf sabse mazboot dil hi un par chal sakte hain. Agar aap yeh padh rahi ho, to iska matlab hai ki Allah ne aapko ek khaas zimmedari di hai — kisi aise ko pyaar, rehnumai aur dekhbhaal dene ki, jise aapki zaroorat sabse zyada hai.
Mujhe pata hai kabhi kabhi din lambe lagte hain, raat aur bhi lambi. Mujhe pata hai dil bhaari ho jata hai, lekin phir bhi aap apne bachche ke liye muskurati ho. Yeh pyaar, yeh sabr, yeh qurbani — sab Allah dekhta hai.
Jab aapko lage bojh zyada ho gaya hai, to yeh dua padho:

Arth (Meaning):
“Hey Allah! Main tujhse panah mangta hoon aisi rooh se jo kabhi santusht na ho, aise dil se jo kabhi nam ho kar tujhe na yaad kare, aise gyaan se jo laabh na de, aisi namaz se jo qabool na ho, aur aisi dua se jo suni na jaaye.
Hey Allah! Main tujhse asaaniyan maangta hoon mushkil ke baad, rahat maangta hoon pareshani ke baad, aur sukoon maangta hoon tangi ke baad. Hey Allah! Hamare paas jo bhi ne’mat hai wo teri taraf se hai, tere siwa koi maabood nahi, main tujhse maafi mangta hoon aur tere paas laut aata hoon.”
🌸 Yeh Dua Kyu Khaas Hai
Yeh dua dil ka ek sipahi hai — yaad dilati hai ki humari mushkilein sirf waqt ki hain, aur Allah ki rehmat hamesha hamare saath hai.
💬 Dil se Dil tak
Meri pyari behno, mujhe pata hai kabhi kabhi aapko lagta hai ki koi aapko nahi dekh raha — lekin Allah kabhi aapko nazar-andaz nahi karta. Aapki mehnat, aapki neendh ke bina raaten, aapki chupke se ki gayi duaein — sab Allah ke paas likhi ja rahi hain.
Har mushkil ke baad aasaani aayegi, kyunki Allah ne wada kiya hai. Jo bojh aaj dil me hai, wo halka hoga. Jo khushi aap chahti ho, wo aayegi — aur itni khoobsurat hogi ki soch bhi nahi sakti.
Aaj bas ek gehri saans lo. Aankhen band karo. Yeh dua aram se padho. Har lafz ko dil me utarne do. Aur yaqeen karo — Allah sun raha hai, pyaar karta hai, aur aapke liye kuch behtareen tayyar kar raha hai.
🌙 Ya Allah, meri behno ko wo sabr de jo kabhi khatam na ho, wo umeed de jo kabhi muree na, aur wo dil de jo hamesha Teri taraf laut aaye. Unke gharon ko Noor se bhar de, aur unke dinon ko Rehmat se saja de.
Aap akeli nahi ho. Allah hamesha aapke saath hai.
